This is a dilemma that people from the across globe face many circumstances in which they lose their wealth and property and people doing this curse of fraud don’t even know that the world implies the rule of “Tit for Tat” and if they are doing such mishaps and frauds with the people, they would also have to face severe circumstances as a consequence. None the less safety is up to us and below are listed some measures which should be taken in order to avoid such mishaps.
01: Shop around:
Most of the people do a mistake that they just go and buy an item immediately without giving proper time. One must shop around properly in order to get the true sense of what is happening around him.
02: Don’t be hasty:
Don’t be hasty in jumping to conclusions and signing a deal. Be careful that you don’t sign a deal in which you are not provided with the true documents and policies.
03: Check the documents properly:
Carefully check the documents that these are what you asked for and came to conclusion with. This is a major mistake that is done by most of the people.
04: Be Honest:
Do not lie and try to fool the dealer by giving him a false estimate of your income and expenses in order to get loan.
05: Consider all the penalties in the case of pre payment:
Keep in mind the whole picture while seeking for a loan. Check out all the legal penalties that you would have to face in the situation of delaying your payments.
06: Be focused about the need of a loan:
Sometimes people tend to sway away from the path and forget the actual need of a loan. Be clear in your approach and let the dealer know why you are applying for a loan.
07: Do not re finance again and again:
Most of you take this track and put into work the equity of home in order to get finance again and again. In reality this kind of action does not do any good for you.
08: Be aware of false dealers:
There is a network of false dealers who categorize innocent people and these innocent people often fall to prey to such network.
09: Don’t let anyone convince you:
As the dealers often persuade the common people and urge them to buy more loan than they could afford to pay. So do not fall into this trap as you might be losing your property if you do so.
10: Look out any for Racism:
Make sure that the authorities are charging you the same interest as they would do to other people and are not asking you to pay any hidden fee due to your race or creed.
